Introduction

On Sunday, 30 August 2015, the Federal Communications Commission recorded 364 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services, complaint volume fell from 499 complaints the day before. Reports were received from 40 states and territories, with Maryland recording slightly more complaints than other locations. Complaints relating to Billing were marginally higher than for other issue types.
