Introduction

On Friday, 30 October 2015, 1128 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services were recorded in the Federal Communications Commission system, this was lower than the 1329 complaints recorded the day before. Reports were received from 50 states and territories, with California recording slightly more complaints than other locations. Telemarketing (including do not call and spoofing) recorded a slightly higher number of complaints than other issues.
