Introduction
A total of 1080 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services were recorded by the Federal Communications Commission on Thursday, 15 August 2019, complaint volume fell from 1174 complaints the day before. Reports were received from 49 states and territories, with California recording slightly more complaints than other locations. The largest number of complaints related to Unwanted Calls, with 733 complaints.

Where the complaints came from
Reports recorded on 15 August 2019 show 1080 complaints originating from 705 cities across 49 states and territories.
