Introduction

On Thursday, 29 August 2019, the Federal Communications Commission recorded 1200 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services, this was lower than the 1307 complaints recorded the day before. Reports were received from 50 states and territories, with California recording slightly more complaints than other locations. Complaints were most commonly associated with Unwanted Calls, accounting for 820 complaints.
