Introduction

A total of 548 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services were recorded by the Federal Communications Commission on Saturday, 10 February 2018, complaint volume fell from 1241 complaints the day before. Reports were received from 49 states and territories, with California recording slightly more complaints than other locations. Complaints were most commonly associated with Unwanted Calls, accounting for 292 complaints.

Where the complaints came from

On 10 February 2018, the 548 complaints recorded by the Federal Communications Commission were reported from 380 cities across 49 states and territories. Complaint activity was fairly evenly distributed, with no single state or territory accounting for a large share of reports. At the city level, a significant concentration was observed in Missouri, where Sullivan accounted for 30 of the 41 complaints recorded.
