A total of 329 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services were recorded by the Federal Communications Commission on 27 January 2019, complaint volume fell from 330 complaints the day before. Reports were received from 44 states and territories, with Florida recording slightly more complaints than other locations. Unwanted Calls was the most frequently reported issue, with 159 complaints recorded.
