Introduction

On Saturday, 2 November 2019, the Federal Communications Commission recorded 364 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services, this was lower than the 1012 complaints recorded the previous day. Complaints were reported across 41 states and territories, and California generated the highest number of submissions with 62 complaints. The largest number of complaints related to Unwanted Calls, with 211 complaints.
