Introduction
On 5 April 2020, the Federal Communications Commission recorded 246 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services, complaint volume fell from 304 complaints the previous day. The complaints came from 41 states and territories, with California reporting a modestly higher count than the other locations. Complaints relating to Unwanted Calls were marginally higher than for other issue types.
