Introduction

On Monday, 4 May 2020, 659 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services were recorded in the Federal Communications Commission system, this was higher than the 239 complaints recorded the day before. Reports were received from 49 states and territories, with Texas recording slightly more complaints than other locations. Complaints relating to Unwanted Calls were marginally higher than for other issue types.
