Introduction

On Friday, 2 April 2021, the Federal Communications Commission recorded 938 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services, complaint volume fell from 1154 complaints the previous day. Complaints were reported across 53 states and territories, and California generated the highest number of submissions with 171 complaints. The most common issue reported was Unwanted Calls, accounting for 588 complaints.
