Introduction

On 27 July 2021, the Federal Communications Commission recorded 1969 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services, this was higher than the 834 complaints recorded the previous day. Reports were received from 50 states and territories, with West Virginia accounting for the largest number of submissions at 1040 complaints. The largest number of complaints related to Unwanted Calls, with 535 complaints.
