Introduction

On 22 January 2023, the Federal Communications Commission recorded 365 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services, this was lower than the 465 complaints recorded the day before. The complaints came from 49 states and territories, with California recording the largest share of reports at 50 complaints. Unwanted Calls was reported slightly more frequently than other issues.
