Introduction

A total of 690 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services were recorded by the Federal Communications Commission on 9 December 2014, complaint volume increased from 563 complaints the day before. Complaints were reported across 50 states and territories, and California generated the highest number of submissions with 103 complaints. Telemarketing (including do not call and spoofing) was reported slightly more frequently than other issues.
