Introduction

On 6 April 2015, 941 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services were recorded in the Federal Communications Commission system, complaint volume increased from 229 complaints the previous day. Complaints were reported across 49 states and territories, with California slightly ahead of the other locations. The most common issue reported was Telemarketing (including do not call and spoofing), accounting for 376 complaints.

Where the complaints came from

The 941 complaints recorded on 6 April 2015 were submitted from 611 cities across 49 states and territories.
