Introduction

The Federal Communications Commission recorded 1107 consumer complaints on Tuesday, 14 April 2015 relating to telecommunications services, complaint volume increased from 922 complaints the day before. Reports were received from 48 states and territories, with California recording slightly more complaints than other locations. The largest number of complaints related to Telemarketing (including do not call and spoofing), with 449 complaints.
