Introduction

On 3 July 2015, 730 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services were recorded in the Federal Communications Commission system, this was lower than the 1125 complaints recorded the day before. Complaints were reported across 51 states and territories, and California generated the highest number of submissions with 108 complaints. Complaints were most commonly associated with Telemarketing (including do not call and spoofing), accounting for 300 complaints.
