Introduction

On 27 July 2015, 1130 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services were recorded in the Federal Communications Commission system, this was higher than the 348 complaints recorded the day before. The complaints came from 49 states and territories, with California reporting a modestly higher count than the other locations. Complaints relating to Telemarketing (including do not call and spoofing) were marginally higher than for other issue types.

Where the complaints came from

The 1130 complaints recorded on 27 July 2015 originated from 751 cities across 49 states and territories.
