Introduction

On 6 September 2015, 344 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services were recorded in the Federal Communications Commission system, this was lower than the 593 complaints recorded the day before. Complaints were reported across 42 states and territories, with Florida slightly ahead of the other locations. Billing was reported slightly more frequently than other issues.

Where the complaints came from

Across 247 cities in 42 states and territories, a total of 344 complaints were recorded on 6 September 2015. The distribution of complaints was relatively even, with no single state or territory contributing a dominant share. Despite the overall distribution, a notable concentration at the city level was observed in Maryland, where Frederick accounted for 26 of the 37 complaints recorded in the state.
