Introduction

On Friday, 6 November 2015, the Federal Communications Commission recorded 1846 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services, this represented an increase from the 1728 complaints recorded the day before. Complaints were reported across 53 states and territories, with Florida slightly ahead of the other locations. Telemarketing (including do not call and spoofing) recorded a slightly higher number of complaints than other issues.
