Introduction

A total of 1170 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services were recorded by the Federal Communications Commission on 10 June 2016, this represented a decline from the 1290 complaints recorded the previous day. Reports were received from 52 states and territories, with California recording slightly more complaints than other locations. Telemarketing (including do not call and spoofing) recorded a slightly higher number of complaints than other issues.
