Introduction

The Federal Communications Commission recorded 24401 consumer complaints in February 2017 relating to telecommunications services, complaint volume fell from 24930 complaints the previous month. The complaints came from 55 states and territories, with California reporting a modestly higher count than the other locations. Unwanted Calls was the most frequently reported issue, with 12115 complaints recorded.
