Introduction

On Sunday, 8 July 2018, 292 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services were recorded in the Federal Communications Commission system, this was lower than the 415 complaints recorded the day before. Submissions were made from 42 states and territories, with California accounting for the highest number of complaints at 58. The most common issue reported was Unwanted Calls, accounting for 113 complaints.
