Introduction

The Federal Communications Commission recorded 30003 consumer complaints in March 2019 relating to telecommunications services, complaint volume increased from 25368 complaints the previous month. Complaints were reported across 55 states and territories, with California slightly ahead of the other locations. Unwanted Calls was the most frequently reported issue, with 20324 complaints recorded.

Daily complaint activity
