Introduction

On Sunday, 23 June 2019, the Federal Communications Commission recorded 201 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services, complaint volume fell from 366 complaints the previous day. Reports were received from 40 states and territories, with Florida recording slightly more complaints than other locations. Complaints relating to Unwanted Calls were marginally higher than for other issue types.
