Introduction

A total of 841 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services were recorded by the Federal Communications Commission on Tuesday, 3 May 2022, this was higher than the 712 complaints recorded the day before. Complaints were reported across 50 states and territories, with California slightly ahead of the other locations. Complaints were most commonly associated with Unwanted Calls, accounting for 418 complaints.

Where the complaints came from

On 3 May 2022, the 841 complaints recorded by the Federal Communications Commission were reported from 576 cities across 50 states and territories.
