Introduction

On Tuesday, 26 September 2023, the Federal Communications Commission recorded 1008 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services, complaint volume increased from 739 complaints the day before. The complaints came from 51 states and territories, with Texas recording the largest share of reports at 270 complaints. Complaints relating to Unwanted Calls were marginally higher than for other issue types.
