Introduction

On Tuesday, 6 February 2024, the Federal Communications Commission recorded 877 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services, complaint volume increased from 672 complaints the previous day. Complaints were reported across 48 states and territories, with Texas slightly ahead of the other locations. Unwanted Calls recorded a slightly higher number of complaints than other issues.
