Introduction

The Federal Communications Commission recorded 21057 consumer complaints in February 2024 relating to telecommunications services, complaint volume fell from 24354 complaints the previous month. The complaints came from 55 states and territories, with California reporting a modestly higher count than the other locations. Complaints were most commonly associated with Unwanted Calls, accounting for 8017 complaints.
