A total of 762 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services were recorded by the Federal Communications Commission on 2 February 2024, complaint volume fell from 773 complaints the previous day. The complaints came from 50 states and territories, with California recording the largest share of reports at 136 complaints. Complaints relating to Unwanted Calls were marginally higher than for other issue types.
