Introduction

On Sunday, 31 March 2024, the Federal Communications Commission recorded 199 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services, this was lower than the 292 complaints recorded the day before. The complaints came from 44 states and territories, with California recording the largest share of reports at 33 complaints. Billing was reported slightly more frequently than other issues.
