Introduction

A total of 18466 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services were recorded by the Federal Communications Commission in March 2020, complaint volume fell from 24569 complaints the previous month. Reports were received from 55 states and territories, with California recording slightly more complaints than other locations. Unwanted Calls was the most frequently reported issue, with 9891 complaints recorded.

Daily complaint activity
