Introduction

On Tuesday, 7 June 2022, the Federal Communications Commission recorded 954 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services, this represented an increase from the 837 complaints recorded the day before. Complaints were reported across 50 states and territories, with California slightly ahead of the other locations. Unwanted Calls was the most frequently reported issue, with 447 complaints recorded.

Where the complaints came from

Reports recorded on 7 June 2022 show 954 complaints originating from 637 cities across 50 states and territories. Complaint activity was fairly evenly distributed, with no single state or territory accounting for a large share of reports.
