Introduction

On 7 April 2024, the Federal Communications Commission recorded 247 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services, this was lower than the 326 complaints recorded the day before. Complaints were reported across 48 states and territories, and California generated the highest number of submissions with 51 complaints. Unwanted Calls was reported slightly more frequently than other issues.
