Introduction

A total of 513 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services were recorded by the Federal Communications Commission on Saturday, 13 April 2024, this was lower than the 925 complaints recorded the day before. Reports were received from 50 states and territories, with California recording slightly more complaints than other locations. The largest number of complaints related to Unwanted Calls, with 191 complaints.

Where the complaints came from

Across 324 cities in 50 states and territories, a total of 513 complaints were recorded on 13 April 2024. Complaint activity was fairly evenly distributed, with no single state or territory accounting for a large share of reports. At the city level, a significant concentration was observed in Alabama, where Feefsdf accounted for 37 of the 40 complaints recorded.
