Introduction
A total of 498 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services were recorded by the Federal Communications Commission on Saturday, 20 April 2024, complaint volume fell from 935 complaints the day before. Reports were received from 46 states and territories, with California recording slightly more complaints than other locations. Unwanted Calls recorded a slightly higher number of complaints than other issues.

Where the complaints came from
The 498 complaints recorded on 20 April 2024 originated from 292 cities across 46 states and territories. Compared with most days, complaint activity was more concentrated, with California contributing the largest share of complaints.
