Introduction

On Friday, 26 April 2024, the Federal Communications Commission recorded 1020 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services, complaint volume increased from 992 complaints the day before. Reports were received from 51 states and territories, with California recording slightly more complaints than other locations. Unwanted Calls recorded a slightly higher number of complaints than other issues.

Where the complaints came from

The 1020 complaints recorded on 26 April 2024 were submitted from 650 cities across 51 states and territories. Complaint activity was fairly evenly distributed, with no single state or territory accounting for a large share of reports. At the city level, a significant concentration was observed in Alabama, where Feefsdf accounted for 78 of the 88 complaints recorded.
