Introduction

On 27 June 2025, the Federal Communications Commission recorded 1199 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services, complaint volume fell from 1274 complaints the day before. Reports were received from 51 states and territories, with Texas recording slightly more complaints than other locations. The largest number of complaints related to Unwanted Calls, with 615 complaints.
