Introduction

The Federal Communications Commission recorded 30888 consumer complaints in October 2020 relating to telecommunications services, complaint volume increased from 28005 complaints the month before. Complaints were reported across 55 states and territories, with California slightly ahead of the other locations. Unwanted Calls was the most frequently reported issue, with 17121 complaints recorded.
