Introduction

A total of 27993 consumer complaints relating to telecommunications services were recorded by the Federal Communications Commission in July 2017, this was lower than the 28811 complaints recorded the previous month. The complaints came from 56 states and territories, with California reporting a modestly higher count than the other locations. Complaints were most commonly associated with Unwanted Calls, accounting for 16367 complaints.

Daily complaint activity
