Introduction
The Federal Communications Commission recorded 27205 consumer complaints in December 2025 relating to telecommunications services, this was higher than the 16143 complaints recorded the previous month. Complaints were reported across 55 states and territories, with California slightly ahead of the other locations. Unwanted Calls was reported slightly more frequently than other issues.
