Introduction

The Federal Communications Commission recorded 23900 consumer complaints in December 2024 relating to telecommunications services, this represented a decline from the 25990 complaints recorded the month before. The complaints came from 55 states and territories, with California reporting a modestly higher count than the other locations. Unwanted Calls recorded a slightly higher number of complaints than other issues.
